4. AI Processing of Email Data

- Email content is sent to our AI processing service to generate style profiles and draft replies
- AI-generated content is presented to you for review and is never sent automatically
- We do not use your email data to train general-purpose AI models
- Your email content is processed in real-time and is not stored longer than necessary to provide the service
5. Google API Services User Data Policy
Draftify's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:
- We only access Google user data that is necessary to provide the Draftify service
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties unless necessary to provide or improve the service, comply with laws, or as part of a business transfer
- We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements
- We do not allow humans to read your Google user data unless you have given affirmative consent, it is necessary for security or legal purposes, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized
6. Data Retention & Deletion
- Writing style profiles are retained for the duration of your account
- Email content is processed in real-time and not permanently stored on our servers
- Draft history (metadata such as subject lines and status) is retained while your account is active
- When you delete your account or revoke Google access, we delete your stored data within 30 days
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
- Secure server-side session management
- OAuth 2.0 for Google authentication (we never see or store your Google password)
- Regular security reviews and updates
While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
