1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Draftify ("the Service"), operated via the domain draft-ify.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Draftify is an AI-powered email assistant that connects to your Gmail account via Google OAuth. The Service:

• Reads your recent sent emails to learn your writing style, tone, and patterns
• Analyzes incoming emails that may need a reply
• Generates AI-drafted replies that match your personal voice
• Allows you to review, edit, rewrite, or reject every draft before approval
• Saves approved drafts directly into your Gmail Drafts folder, inside the original conversation thread

Draftify never sends emails on your behalf. All drafts require your explicit review and approval before they appear in Gmail.

3. Google Account Access & OAuth Scopes

To provide the Service, Draftify requests access to your Google account through OAuth 2.0. The specific permissions requested include:

• Read email messages: To analyze your sent emails and identify incoming messages that need replies
• Create drafts: To save approved AI-generated replies as Gmail Drafts
• User profile information: To identify your account (name and email address)

You may revoke Draftify's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account permissions settings.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy

Draftify's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We only use Google user data to provide and improve the Draftify service as described in these terms
• We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service, comply with applicable laws, or as part of a merger or acquisition
• We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements
• We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have your affirmative consent, it is necessary for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or our use is limited to internal operations

5. AI-Generated Content

Draftify uses artificial intelligence to generate email draft replies. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated drafts are suggestions and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all drafts before they are used
• Draftify is not liable for the content of any draft you choose to approve and send
• Once a draft is approved, it is finalized and cannot be edited through Draftify

6. User Responsibilities

As a user of Draftify, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account information when signing up
• Review all AI-generated drafts before approving them
• Not use the Service for spam, phishing, harassment, or any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or misuse the Service
• Comply with Gmail's Terms of Service and Google's Acceptable Use Policy

7. Data Handling & Retention

Your email data is processed to provide the Service. We retain your writing style profile and preferences for the duration of your account. When you delete your account or revoke Google access, we delete your stored data within 30 days. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Draftify makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that AI-generated drafts will be accurate, appropriate, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Draftify be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, business interruption, or any consequences of emails sent based on AI-generated drafts.

10. Modifications to Terms

Draftify reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and revoke Google access at any time. Draftify reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
